Ahi Tuna Salad Boats
Sushi grade ahi tuna, wasabi ginger vinaigrette, puffed rice noodles, daikon radish, sliced scallions, mixed greens, shaved carrots, and sesame seeds. Served in individual boats.

Vegetable Spring Rolls
Hand rolled Vietnamese spring rolls filled with shredded cabbage, hoisin marinated sliced mushroom, shredded carrot, green onion, cilantro, and bean sprouts. Served with sweet chili sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
Grilled chicken slices marinated and grilled in teriyaki sauce with fresh sweet peppers.

Thai Jumbo Prawn Skewers
Our secret blend of spices sprinkled on U13/15 jumbo prawns- Served with a sweet Thai chili sauce and fresh lime.

Cold Sesame Noodle Boxes
Mini take out boxes filled with Chef’s selection of seasonal Asian veggies, cold yakisoba noodles, and sesame soy sauce. (Add beef for an additional +$3 per order)

Vietnamese Coffee Panna Cotta Shooters
Layers of creamy sweetened condensed milk and espresso panna cotta.
