Package Includes:

Classic Caesar Salad Cups
Crispy romaine with fresh baked basil croutons, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, & grilled lemon in 9 oz. cups.

Protein will be split in a 60/40 ratio with your preference for which protein you would like a heavier portion of:
Chicken Picatta (5 oz.)
Pan seared chicken breast with capers and artichoke hearts smothered in a lemon white wine sauce.
And
Roasted Top Sirloin (6 oz.)
Seasoned and seared to perfection. Served with our original bourbon peppercorn reduction.

Classic Whipped Potatoes
Whipped potatoes with scallions and rosemary salt.

Italian Veggie Medley
Seasonal veggies sautéed in garlic butter with fresh parsley.
