2020 - “Cooking During Covid-19”

It sucks! For anyone who has not worked in the food service industry, we ask you to try one simple thing. The next time you or a loved one cooks dinner, we ask you to please put on a mask, set the thermostat to 105 degrees, and proceed to hand wash all the dishes in the sink. Is it sweaty? Hard to breath? Need we say more?

To all who have a physically intense job and are required to wear a mask such as nurses, bus drivers, and especially dish washer: we feel your pain and we respect your work!
