University of Phoenix contacted us in the spring of 2019. Their request was for a plated breakfast to celebrate 25 years in the Las Vegas Valley. This event had to be perfect, as their guest speaker was the Mayor. We arrived early that morning, everything was set and ready, and the guests all arrived punctually and took their seats. After several minutes of waiting, we found out that the mayor does not eat breakfast! Her loss– that quiche was AMAZING!
