2016 - “Separated From The Staff”

Knowing when your event is going to be held is something we take very seriously. We encourage you to do the same.

When you receive your event estimate and invoice, you will receive a courtesy reminder to confirm your event date, time and location. This in part due to client experiences such as this.

The clients confirmed their date and location weeks prior, and their suite number upon check in. However, when we arrived to deliver their event we knew something was amiss as they had not responded to the multiple texts and phone calls we had sent informing them we would be arriving shortly.

We don’t know if it is the excitement of Las Vegas, bad cell phone reception, or the time vortex the casino plays on its visitors but we typically find that this only becomes an issue with clients staying on the Las Vegas Strip. Please be advised most hotel casinos do not allow access up to the rooms without an active hotel key card and often a guest within your party to escort us up to your suite.
