After securing our first commercial rental lease, it was only a matter of time before we would finally receive the equipment we so longed for. We needed bread racks, sheet pans, cambros, and most importantly: a walk-in fridge. We laid the flooring, sealed the tile, and put up the walls ourselves. When we say we built our kitchen, we mean we built our dream kitchen!
