“Appetizer Selections” A La Carte Add-ons

  • Passed Appetizers
    • These appetizer selections have been specifically chosen for passed events. Many of these items are also offered on our other appetizer a la carte sections, but the items in this section are made to be a more petite version more suitable to passed events rather than the normal buffet sized version.
    • All passed appetizers are priced at 1 piece per order unless otherwise specified.
    • Passed Sausage and Sage Stuffed Mushroom $4
      • Mini portobello mushrooms stuffed with a creamy sage sausage mixture.
    • Passed Fried Artichoke Quarter $3
      • Lightly fried and served with citrus aioli and capers. (Plant based and/or gluten free available on request.)
    • Passed Jambalaya Stuffed Mini Peppers $3
      • Classic andouille sausage and chicken jambalaya stuffed mini sweet peppers. (Vegetarian available upon request.)
    • Passed Thai Jumbo Prawn Skewer $5 
      • Our secret blend of spices sprinkled on U13/15 jumbo prawns. Served with sweet Thai chili sauce.

      • Flash Seared Wild Caught Big Eye Ahi tuna with seaweed salad on a crispy wonton. Garnished with a sesame soy drizzle, fried pickled ginger, and topped with fresh chives and sesame seeds.
